For the past few months I have been touting the benefits of T-Tapp. I have been extolling its virtues and effectiveness.

Now, I want to tell you about real Morgan Hill and Gilroy people who have seen the proof in the pudding.

Let’s begin with “Client X” (All names will be withheld to protect privacy). She came to me with the desire to trim down. However, exercising was not a part of her daily routine.

We began with the Basic Workout Plus (T-Tapp’s 15-minute workout). It took a couple of weeks to get into the groove. We developed a schedule of meeting three times per week for 30 minutes.

Working her up slowly, as she needed to increase her stamina, we raised the bar on the workout a little at a time. We began doing four repetitions of each movement and gradually increased to the full eight.

In a very short time, she was seeing the results.

n Her energy levels increased.

n She began hearing positive feedback from friends and co-workers.

n She found that “her thighs were not rubbing together as much.”

So, we pulled out the tape measure (we did full body measurements before we started). In one and a half months, “Client X” had lost a total of 10 inches off her body.

Now let’s look at “Client Y.” After several years of doing various exercise regimes, in and out of several gyms, we started her on another of the T-Tapp workouts.

Prior to beginning T-Tapp, although she was seeing some results from the other workouts, she still had the beginning of a Dowagers Hump, which was causing her pain and a bit of extra padding around the middle section of her body.

As she was willing to be one of my test cases while I was learning about T-Tapp myself, we used several different programs. We have since settled in on Sit-Down T-Tapp and T-Tapp floor work. Her Dowagers Hump is now non-existent, the pain is gone and I am watching her mid-section shrink before my eyes.

Furthermore, her general outlook on life and daily energy levels are also enhanced.

I have been striving to spread the word of T-Tapp to the people of the South Bay. By teaching classes through the recreation departments of Morgan Hill and Gilroy, my quest seems to be becoming successful. Even after just one or two classes, people are telling me how much better they feel.

Individuals are telling me how much straighter they are standing and walking, because T-Tapp is all about linear alignment.

They feel more confident. I hear how basic T-Tapp principles are working their way into daily lives. One person told me that she was out walking, employing the T-Tapp techniques of keeping her shoulders back, her rear end tucked and her feet straight.

Although her legs were tired, she was not winded at all, since all the pathways throughout her body were opened up, and the oxygen was flowing more efficiently.

So, when the ABC affiliate in Philadelphia dubbed T-Tapp “the workout that works,” they were certainly onto something. As you can see here, real people get real results.
