Ruth Marian Griffith Wolf passed away on August 26, 2012, of natural causes at her home into the arms of her heavenly Father and Lord & Savior Jesus Christ. It was her greatest desire.

Ruth was born on Dec. 3, 1937, to Allen and Mildred Duffield Griffith at St. Ignatius, MT. She was the second of 10 Children. Ruth was a beautiful blond baby and the family’s affectionate nickname for her was “Pinky” and that stuck to her for life.

Ruth worked for many years in San Jose, CA as a nurses aid and later received her LPN certification.

In her later years Ruth spent her free time helping others. She did house sitting, pet sitting, dog walking, driving friends and acquaintances to Dr. appointments, sitting with them during chemotherapy treatments and dialysis and in general seeing where she could be of assistance to her friends and neighbors.

Ruth’s main interest in her life was in Bible study and reading and sharing her absolute faith in Jesus Christ

Her family is so very thankful for her many, many prayers on their behalf.

Ruth had no children. She is survived by three sisters; Nancy, Linda and Joan and five brothers; Butch, Francis, Ken, Duane and Richard and their spouses and numerous nieces and nephews. We will dearly miss you, Pinky.

Ruth is preceded in death by her parents, sister Barbara and nephew Robert Wayne.

Cremation has taken place and Memorial Services will be held at a later date in Baker, MT.
