MORGAN HILL — Event 3 of South Valley Endurance’s Dirty Legs Series took place Sunday at Henry Coe State Park and featured three races among some of the most beautiful trails and scenery in the South Valley.
Morgan Hill residents Brad Ledwith, Guy Kerr and Chris Bosso won the 22K, 12K and 5K races, respectively.
A few beginners came out just to enjoy a great hike in the morning, and many of the participants commented that the trails were among some of their favorite. All of the finishers were treated to some hot soup and refreshments after a tough work out. Check out the event blog at http://sve.matrixblogsuite.com.
The final trail run in the Dirty Legs Series is scheduled for Nov. 22 at Santa Teresa County Park. The first Annual Toy Run 5K and 10K is Dec. 5 at Coyote Creek Trailhead.
