10-year-old autistic child missing in Gilroy

Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office and Gilroy Police Department are searching for a missing 10-year-old autistic boy last seen around 5:30 p.m. near the intersection of Leavesley and Monterey roads.
Brenden Hartsock is described as a white male, 4 feet 10 inches tall, weighing about 80 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
When Brenden was last seen he was wearing a royal blue shirt, blue baseball shorts and black shoes. He was also wearing a Native American headband.
People are urged to call 911 with any information about Brenden’s whereabouts.
