Frank passed away Monday, August 20, 2007 in O’Connor Hospital, San Jose after a lengthy illness. Husband of Terry S. Luna of Morgan Hill. Father of Frank S. Luna III, Melissa S. Luna both of Morgan Hill. Grandfather of Frank D. Luna IV, Nicholas S. Luna, Nathaniel T. Luna, Jazmine S. Luna and Earl James Luna all of Morgan Hill. Brother of Helen Garcia of Morgan Hill, Richard Luna of San Jose, Gilbert Luna & Gloria Pina both of Hollister, Rudy Luna, Olga Luna, Stella Silva, Ricky Luna & Raymond Luna all of Gilroy and the late Danny Luna & Raymond Luna. Also preceded in death by his parents, Frank & Grace Luna. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. A native of Los Angeles, CA.
Vigil Sunday, August 26, 2007 – 6:30 PM at Habing Family Funeral Home, Gilroy. Funeral Mass Monday, August 27, 2007 – 10:00 A.M. at St. Mary’s Church, Gilroy. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Gilroy. Frank attended Live Oak High School and worked as a landscaper for The Villages Golf & Country Club, San Jose for 29 years. He enjoyed the great outdoors – fishing, camping and barbecues. He was a true 49er fan. He enjoyed just being around his family.
