Sobarto came out focused and prepared for a strong hockey game.

After a close score throughout the first period, the Acorns’ experience won out as they delivered an 11-5 victory.

Senior Kyle Dutra provided six goals in the win and senior Brian Costello added three goals and three assists.

Seniors Conner Williamson and Scott Alexander also scored for Live Oak and junior Paul Anderson had an assist.

Junior Kyle Rosenzweig stepped out from his usual goalie position and Ryan Listol was solid in the net in his place.

Scott Harvick, Cory Roth and Tommy Broom all had solid games for the Bulldogs.

Live Oak will have a pair of games today, facing Leland at 8pm and Bellarmine at 10pm. Sobrato plays Wilcox at 9pm.
