Arturo Duarte Cervantes died in Aromas due to an automobile accident. He was born in Hollister and lived here all of his life. He was a student at San Jose State University, planning to graduate this year, and worked as an assistant in a law office.
He is survived by his parents, Domingo and Maria Duarte of Hollister, his sisters and brother, Sandra Duarte, Ricardo Duarte and Marisa Duarte, all of Hollister and his grandmother, Tranquilina Duarte of Mexico. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews.
Friends can pay their respects on Thurs. Mar. 8, 2007 from 12:00 noon until 5:00 P.M. at Black Cooper Sander Funeral Home. The Rosary will be on Thurs evening at 7:00 P.M. at St. Benedict’s Church. The Mass will be on Friday at 10:00 A.M. at St. Benedict’s Church. Friends can gather at the funeral home at 9:15 A.M. for a procession to the church.
Interment will follow the Mass at Calvary Cemetery.
