Sandra Ruth Hanna of Gilroy died Monday, Feb. 14, 2005, at
Stanford Hospital, Palo Alto, after a lengthy illness. She was 65.
Hanna had a long career as a teacher. She was an avid outdoor
enthusiast, climbing Half Dome in Yosemite and climbing Mt.
Whitney.

Hanna had a long career as a teacher. She was an avid outdoor enthusiast, climbing Half Dome in Yosemite and climbing Mt. Whitney.

She is survived by her mother and father, Mildred and Sandoe Hanna; brothers Bill and wife Alice, Roy and Terri, and Tom and wife Kathy; nieces Wendy and husband Jeff Wilson, Laurie and husband Michael Gallegos, Robin and husband Kevin Boden of Colorado, Ruth Hanna of Livermore, Calif., and Suzanne and husband Mohamed Ali of Riverside; nephews Bruce Hanna of Hollister and Zachery and wife Wynette of Juneau, Alaska. She also is survived by two grand-nieces and four grand-nephews.

Memorial Services take place at 2pm Saturday, Feb. 26, at Habing Family Funeral Home. Reception follows at the Hanna residence.

The family asks that any donations be made to a favorite charity.
