Sybil was born Sept. 5, 1918, in Hugo, Okla.
She was the beloved wife of the late Willard P. Stowers and the mother of late Jeffrey Lee Stowers.
Sybil is survived by her daughter Gayle Cummins; grandchildren Deborah and Bruce Buckles, Jeffrey Cummins and Pamela St. Cloud; and great-grandchildren Christina St. Cloud, Lindsay Buckles, Samantha Hedden and Clayton Cummins.
Private family services have been held.
