• Construction trailers at a construction site on Digital Drive were vandalized. The report was taken at 9:21 a.m. on June 10.
• Western Technology Marketing on Digital Drive reported someone tampered with the electronic key pad at the entry to the building. The report was taken on June 10 at 2:08 p.m.
Tampering with a vehicle: A resident of the Cochrane Village Apartments reported someone took the rear license plate from the resident’s vehicle. The report was taken on June 11 at 3:32 p.m..
Grand theft: A resident of the 16800 block of Gallop Drive reported a tax refund check for $1,267.20 was stolen from the mailbox, altered, forged and cashed. The report was taken on June 9 at 11:14 a.m.
• A resident of the 500 block of Via Sorrento reported a rifle and a gun stolen from his bedroom closet. He told police he suspects a business associate. The report was taken at 3:33 p.m. on June 9.
• Sno White Drive-In reported someone came into the open restaurant and took a casino machine valued at $1,000. The report was taken on June 12 at 11:30 a.m.
Identity theft: A Morgan Hill resident reportedly opened a Target credit card and a Mervyn’s credit card using someone else’s identification. The report was taken on June 7 at 9:08 a.m.
• A resident of Almond Way reported someone attempted to open an account in her name. The report was taken at 3:50 p.m. on June 9.
Auto burglary: A resident of Calle Atavio reported two vehicles at the residence were broken into overnight, and small items were stolen from both vehicles. The report was taken on June 7 at 1:18 p.m.
• A resident of Sword Dancer Court reported his unlocked vehicle was broken into overnight. CDs were taken from the inside of the vehicle, and a case of CDs and a pair of boots were stolen from the trunk of the vehicle. The report was taken at 4:11 p.m. on June 10.
Threats: A resident of the 17400 block of Calle Mazatan reported his brother has been threatening him with bodily harm. The resident already has a restraining order against his brother, so the brother is making the threats through the resident’s father. The report was taken on June 11 at 11:49 a.m.
• A Morgan Hill resident reported her ex-husband came to her residence and threatened to hurt her and take the two children. She told police there had been domestic violence in the past, but he did not touch her this time, only threatened her. The report was taken at 11:26 p.m. on June 14.
