The Morgan Hill Chamber of Commerce will host this year’s 15th Annual Taste of Morgan Hill in the downtown on Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 25-26.

Attracting approximately 55,000 people, the festival takes place both days from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. in downtown Morgan Hill, expanding over six blocks on Monterey Road from Main to Dunne avenues. The festival offers free admission, parking and secured bicycle parking on W. First Street where riders will receive a free water bottle from Specialized Bicycles.

Festivities are designed around the entire family. Taste delectable foods from many Morgan Hill restaurants as well as the food booths throughout the festival. Drink vintage wines from local wineries and enjoy a wide variety of micro-brewed and domestic beers. For shopping enthusiasts, stroll through more than 150 fine arts and craft booths and local downtown businesses displaying their merchandise in front of and in their stores.

Sit back and relax or get up and dance to this year’s spectacular exciting music lineup, beginning with the Kick-Off Street Dance, featuring the Joe Sharino Band on Friday, Sept. 24, from 7-9 p.m., and two additional stages of entertainment – one on West Second Street and one on West Third Street during the festival.

Visit the Kids Zone for hands-on demonstrations, kiddie rides and make-your-own-crafts booths, and returning bigger and better than ever is the Custom and Classic Car show. New this year is the South Valley Quilt Show, which takes place at the Morgan Hill Community and Cultural Center at the south end of the festival.
