’s heading to the California state wrestling finals in
Bakersfield. The state finals will be held today and Saturday.
Morgan Hill resident Moses Guillardo became the first Bellarmine Prep wrestler to win a Central Coast Section title last month and now he’s heading to the California state wrestling finals in Bakersfield. The state finals will be held today and Saturday.

Guillardo, a 119-pounder, compiled a 40-8 record this season, won a league title and pulled off a comeback to beat a senior to win the section title. Guillardo attended Britton Middle School and competed in club wrestling before attending Bellarmine.
