Mildred was born Dec. 10, 1925, in Stroud, Okla.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Horace Willard; sons Larry Willard of Los Gatos and Gary Willard of Murrieta; sisters Sylvia of Gilroy, Bernice of Oroville, Ruby of Stanton and Julie of Redding; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Memorial services were Jan. 5, at Saddleback Church in Lake Fores. Interment was at Gavilan Hills Memorial Park under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home.
