after the man turned himself in to police on an unrelated burglary
warrant.

Jaime Baldenegro has been charged in the April 21 incident and is being held at the Santa Clara County Jail on $150,000 bail for robbery and aggravated assault.

Baldenegro turned himself in Thursday and Gilroy police detectives sought a warrant for his arrest Friday as the suspect in the attack and robbery based on physical and scene evidence.

Baldenegro is also being held on a separate $50,000 bail for a warrant charging him with residential burglary.
