Gilroy High’s wrestling team and Oakwood’s girls basketball team have been honored with Central Coast Section Winter Season Scholastic Championship Team Awards, the CCS announced.

The Mustangs’ wrestling team compiled a team grade-point average of 3.3977, and the Hawks’ girls basketball team checked in at 3.7078, according to a news release. The awards go to the top five varsity teams in collective GPA in each CCS sport.
