Another Guglielmo Winery tradition will continue Sunday, Sept. 14 with the return of “Music in the Vineyard,” a day of varied musical performances combined with fine wines and food.

The gates will open at 11:45 a.m., plenty of time before the main concerts begin at 1:30 p.m. to enjoy a stroll around the vineyard.

The concert is presented by Toby and Nina Roodman in conjunction with the winery, and includes artists: Maria Muldaur, a “Blues, Jazz and Folk Diva;” The Limeliters, described as a “legendary” Folk group; Ronny Cox, actor, singer, songwriter, storyteller; Steve Seskin, described as “one of Nashville’s top songwriters;” Blame Sally, an all-girl Jazz/Americana quartet; The David Thom Band, a traditional Bluegrass and originals; and special to be announced “Invited Guest Artists.”

Tickets are available online for a handling fee at www.ticketweb.com or call toll-free (866)468-3399 or send check payable to: Music In The Vineyard, 835 Blossom Hill Rd., Ste. 107, San Jose, CA 95123. Enclose SASE or tickets will be held in Will Call.

Ticket prices are $30 in advance for adults and $36 at the gate, seniors (over 65) and youth (under 15) are $22 in advance and $28 at the gate.

There is plenty of free parking at the vineyard. The concerts will be festival-style seating, so low-back chairs are recommended, along with sunscreen for the afternoon and a light wrap for the evening. There will be a limited number of seats available under a large shade tent.
