Contest the night of Feb. 10.
Ann Sobrato High School seniors Leopoldo (Pollo) Guerra and Cali Hanson each took home cash prizes in the Morgan Hill Lions Speaker Contest the night of Feb. 10. The students spoke on the topic “Universal Health Care-How Will it Affect Us?” Guerra was a finalist and won $25. Hanson, the winner, was presented a check for $75. Hanson will now compete in the Zone Contest at the San Martin Lions Club at 2 p.m. March 7.
