The New Wave in Fitness
With all the fitness programs in the market, what makes one different or more effective than any other?

T-Tapp a cutting edge at home fitness program that has been dubbed “The Workout That Works” because it produces amazing inch loss FAST!

Although T-Tapp has been around since the early 1990s, it is just now taking the fitness industry by storm.

So what is it? And why is it just now coming to our attention? I’m glad you asked.

T-Tapp uses comprehensive, compound muscle movements done in a specific sequence. It promotes muscle density as opposed to muscle bulk (a condition about which I have heard many people express concern). Furthermore, T-Tapp is safe and can even be rehabilitative for people with lower back, hip and knee problems as well as upper spine, neck, and shoulder problems. Let’s take a closer look.

Most exercise programs focus on one attachment (where the muscle connects to the bones) and the belly of the muscle – which is what builds those “bulkier” looking muscles. T-Tapp movements use both attachments of the muscle, therefore using the muscle more completely. These movements tend to give your body a more long, lean, sculpted look. And the strength you get from T-Tapp is completely functional and balances both sides of the body (and those of you who have trained with me know how important balance is).

T-Tapp opens up the connection between the brain and the muscles (neuro-kinetic flow) by focusing on total body alignment. We’ll look at a garden hose to illustrate this point: if you are watering your plants and someone comes up behind you and puts a kink in the hose, the water either stops or just dribbles out, right? But when the hose is straightened out, the water starts to flow freely again. The same thing happens with out bodies.

If we are all kinked up from the stress in our daily lives (as many of us in Silicon Valley are), the flow between our brains are the rest of our bodies is impeded. If we properly align ourselves, then everything will connect more smoothly.

How often these days do we hear about the importance of “core strength?” T-Tapp centers on spinal alignment. Not only does it build core muscle development and bone density to offset the inevitable bone loss that comes with age, but specially created balance movements rebuild the internal core density more quickly.

T-Tapp exercise programs place a significant emphasis on the lymphatic (or circulatory) system. The program is not only designed to maximize the way calories are utilized, but it also helps boost immune system function. It helps our bodies help themselves.

As we are now in the depths of cold and flu season, wouldn’t that be helpful? And for people with issues, such as chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, or Type II diabetes, it helps control (or even in some cases, reverse) the symptoms. Speaking from experience, as someone with chronic Epstein-Barr Virus (the cause of chronic fatigue syndrome), T-Tapp has helped me tremendously!

The focus of this workout, aside from rebuilding primary bodily functions, is overall body inch loss. Because of the way in which the muscles are worked, muscle density development enables the muscles to “cinch in,” pull up and reshape the body.

And the beauty of T-Tapp is that anyone can do it, regardless of age, or fitness level. T-Tapp is designed to maximize muscle movement and fatigue the muscles (the goal of exercise in order to make the muscle respond) from the inside out and from the larger muscles to the smaller ones.

T-Tapp truly is a “less is more” workout. It is aerobic without any jumping or use of weights, and the stronger you become, the less you need to do to maintain and continue to challenge your body. Going to your own “personal max” is the key. Not only that, but because this is a left/right brain workout, your mind gets a workout along with your body. You will get a complete workout from head to toe as well as a mind/body connection with a workout that that gives you cardiovascular training as well as building core strength and flexibility.

I know what you are all saying: “This sounds too good to be true.” Right? Wrong!

I offer anyone reading this article a challenge!

Go to the T-Tapp website ( http://www.t-tapp.com/california) and check it out. While you are there, enter our contest to win one of three prizes: A T-Tapp Total Workout and a Personal Training session with me, a T-Tapp 15 Minute Workout or a T-Tapp MORE Workout (for those with MORE to lose). The deadline for all entries is Tuesday, February 28, 2006. Do the workout for six weeks. We will take measurements at the beginning and end, and YOU WILL see results. However, I do feel the need to warn you — its addicting.

“I am not just a T-Tapp trainer, I’m also a client.” I could write another whole article on the benefits I have personally seen from T-Tapp. I have been a personal trainer for 15 years, and anyone who knows me will tell you that I have NEVER been this excited about a workout program nor would I rave about something I did not totally believe in. I have incorporated the T-Tapp technique in my personal workouts and with my clients.

So why haven’t you heard about Teresa Tapp and her T-Tapp Workout before?

Because Teresa has chosen to promote T-Tapp via word of mouth rather than going the often-traveled infomercial route. T-Tapp is NOT a fad, but rather a lasting fitness program that you can use for the rest of your life.

I can attest to the quote “T-Tapp – The Workout That Works.”

Obviously other people feel the same way because Ballantine Books is releasing Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes — Teresa Tapp’s first book — in April of this year. T-Tapp IS the answer to the obesity epidemic. See for yourself!
