Vasquez. The match was also moved to Salinas High, where the
Cowboys have artificial turf at “The Pit.” LO (1-6-2) will host
Salinas on Thursday, Jan. 27 in a match origi
nally set to be played at Salinas. Meanwhile, the LO boys soccer
team is set to open its TCAL schedule against Salinas at The Pit on
Wednesday at 5pm. The Acorn boys are also scheduled to host Palma
on Friday at 3:30pm.
A soppy Live Oak High field postponed the Acorn girls soccer team’s scheduled Tri-County Athletic League opener against Salinas from Monday until Tuesday at 5pm, according to LO coach Tony Vasquez. The match was also moved to Salinas High, where the Cowboys have artificial turf at “The Pit.”

LO (1-6-2) will host Salinas on Thursday, Jan. 27 in a match originally set to be played at Salinas.

Meanwhile, the LO boys soccer team is set to open its TCAL schedule against Salinas at The Pit on Wednesday at 5pm. The Acorn boys are also scheduled to host Palma on Friday at 3:30pm.

LO (7-0-4) hasn’t played since its Alumni match on New Year’s Eve, and hasn’t played a regular season match since the Homestead Christmas Cup final against Archbishop Mitty in mid-December.

The Acorns were originally scheduled to open league play against North Salinas last week, but the match was resc heduled because the Vikings were still out of school.
