Sobrato High Celebrates Homecoming
Beginning with a special nighttime rally, Sobrato High School students kicked off their Homecoming festivities Thursday night. Students gathered in the back of the school to see the class floats and watch the class skits before following the Sobrato High Swing Marching Band to a large bonfire in the field. Gathered around the fire, the band performed the school fight song and other selections.
Friday, during the Homecoming game versus Prospect High, Sobrato crowned its Homecoming Court during halftime. Spirit awards were given to the Sobrato sophomores – the Class of 2009 – for their float and their class skit.
