Possession

-Shaun Michael Goodwin, 33, March 8 at 11:30 a.m. on Highway 152 at Casa de Fruta in Gilroy for possession of drug paraphernalia. When Goodwin was pulled over for an expired registration, officers found a glass smoking pipe in a blue sock inside a potato chip bag.

-Anthony Gonzales Jr., 47, March 3 at 11:32 p.m. near the intersection of Leavesley and Monterey roads in Gilroy for possession of methamphetamine and being under the influence of a controlled substance.

-Ralph Anthony Ringo, 58, March 4 at 3:39 a.m. near the intersection of Monterey Road and Blanchard Way in Coyote for possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance and probation violation. The searched vehicle turned up 3.1 grams of meth, 45.9 grams of marijuana, 20 Methadone pills, five Hydrocodone pills, four glass pipes and two handicap placards reported stolen from the DMV.

-Theresa Marie Miller, 46, March 4 at 2:07 p.m. near the intersection of Pacheco Pass and U.S. 101 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Miller admitted to smoking meth an hour before being stopped. Officers found a glass pipe and a plastic bag containing meth in the vehicle.

-Steven David Long, 50, March 9 at 11:10 p.m. on Monterey Highway at Blanchard Road in San Jose for being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

-Mario Umberto Macias-Perez, 30, March 13 at 3:49 p.m. on Monterey Highway at California Avenue in San Martin for being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Officers were given a false name, found a small cylindrical glass pipe and discovered he had a $20,000 arrest warrant.

Public intoxication

-Zachary James Lunn, 22; Justin Scott Frascone, 21; and Derek Matthew Chacon, 22; March 11 between 1:54 a.m. and 2:50 a.m. at the Longhouse Restaurant on the 8100 block of Towson Street in Gilroy for public intoxication.

Burglary

-Unknown suspect(s), between 3:30 p.m. March 2 and 6:15 a.m. March 4 on Peet Road in Morgan Hill burglarized F and H Landscaping when they broke into two trailers and stole various landscaping equipment.

-Unknown suspect(s), between 6:20 p.m. March 8 and 6:49 a.m. March 9 on the 1300 block of Depot Street in San Martin broke into Iglesia Del Valley Church and stole electronic items worth approximately $4,450. 

-Unknown suspect(s), between noon March 7 and noon March 8 on the 9400 block of Sugar Babe in Gilroy stole the rear license plate from a 2004 Ford F150.

-Unknown suspsect(s), between noon Feb. 10 and 9:50 a.m. March 10, on the 200 block of Caldwell Court in Morgan Hill stole several garage items worth approximately $14,700.

Car theft

-Unknown suspect(s), between 9 p.m. March 1 and 9:56 a.m. March 2 on the 200 block of East Middle Avenue in San Martin stole a vehicle parked in the driveway of the residence.

Vandalism

-Unknown suspect(s), between noon Feb. 24 and 2:30 p.m. Feb. 28 on the 7100 block of Redwood Retreat Road in Gilroy broke the second story window of an uninhabited rental property. The window is estimated at $250.

Probation violation

-Daniel Avila, 58, March 3 at 3:56 p.m. at the National 9 Inn on the 5500 block of Monterey Road in Gilroy for fraudulent tabs, improper use of California registration and probation violation.

False vehicle registration

-Nicole Renee Grecu, 30, March 8 at 11:30 a.m. on Highway 152 at Casa de Fruita in Gilroy for false registration, driving on a suspended license and with expired registration.
