An unknown suspect(s), between 11:30 p.m. Sept. 7 and 6 p.m. Sept. 8 on the 12000 block of Columbet Avenue in San Martin, stole prescribed medication out of the victim’s backpack, amounting to $100.
Burglary
An unknown suspect(s), between 9:30 a.m. Sept. 11 and 11:30 a.m. Sept. 12 on the 800 block of Denio Avenue in Gilroy, stole a gray Delta Grill Press out of a resident’s garage, valued at $200.
An unknown suspect(s), between 9:30 a.m. Sept. 13 and 9:30 a.m. Sept. 14 on the 2700 block of Leavesley Avenue in Gilroy, broke a window of a residence using a hammer, ransacked the house, vandalized a car windshield and stole two tires and rims off a vehicle.
An unknown suspect(s), between 1 p.m. Sept. 1 and 6 p.m. Sept. 13 on the 12000 block of Watsonville Road in Morgan Hill, entered an unlocked storage shed and stole autographed baseballs and baseball cards, valued at $500.
An unknown suspect(s), between 10 p.m. Sept. 22 and 6:30 a.m. Sept. 23 on the 500 block of Dougherty Avenue in Morgan Hill, stole bikes and two bags of tools from the victim’s garage, valued at $4,900.
An unknown suspect(s), between 7:30 p.m. Sept. 19 and 7:30 a.m. Sept. 20 on the 16000 block of De Witt Avenue in Morgan Hill, stole a vehicle from the victim’s residence.
Receiving stolen property
MIchael John Garza, 30, 11:19 p.m. Sept. 12 on Rosanna Street at Third Street in Gilroy, was in possession of a stolen laptop computer.
Drugs
Anthony Scott Cadile, 54, between 8:50 a.m. and 9:08 a.m. on Seventh Street at Monterey Highway in Gilroy, for being under the influence of a controlled substance after admitting to smoking methamphetamine.
Benjamin Tovar, 48, 1:38 a.m. Sept. 15 on Monterey Highway at Masten Avenue in Gilroy, for possession of methamphetamine for sale and a parole violation. Officers located individually wrapped baggies of methamphetamine and a scale in a backpack.
Hector Ralph Garcia, 58, 9:32 a.m. Sept. 15 on Monterey Highway at Luchessa Avenue in Gilroy, for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Officers located .3 grams of methamphetamine and a glass pipe in his pocket.
Robert Sanchez, 22, 7:09 p.m. Sept. 17 on Kern Avenue at Creekside Court in Gilroy, for possession of a controlled substance and concentrated cannabis. Officers located marijuana, hash oil and hydrocodone pills inside his vehicle.
Sebastian Eric Sanchez, 42, and Rodney Chaperon Torres, 42, between 8 a.m. Sept. 17 and 9 a.m. Sept. 18 on the 13000 block of Kimble Court at San Martin Avenue in San Martin, for possession of a controlled substance, conspiracy and burglary. Officers located a broken glass pipe and .3 grams of methamphetamine. Additionally, the suspects tried to forge a check and buy tools from a store.
Alfred NMN Lopez Jr., 37, 2:15 p.m. Sept. 18 on Monterey Highway at Fitzgerald Avenue in San Martin, for being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Angelica Sanchez Flores, 40, 6:45 p.m. on Willow Springs Road at Oak Glen Avenue in Morgan Hill, for posssession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia in jail.
Tony Chavira Aguayo, 44, 11:20 p.m. Sept. 20 on First Street at Carmel Street in Gilroy, for possession of methamphetamine.
Public intoxication
Galen Blamphin Brodsky, 29, 6:04 p.m. Sept. 15 on the 10000 block of Pacheco Pass Highway in Gilroy, for public intoxication.
Vandalism
An unknown suspect(s), between 11 p.m. Sept. 15 and 8:30 a.m. Sept. 16 on the 5000 block of Santa Teresa Boulevard in Gilroy, entered the Gavilan College campus near the theater and broke two stage walls, valued at $200, and a loading dock, valued at $1,000.
Weapons possession
Leanna Lynn Ramirez, 28, 8:45 a.m. Sept. 16 on Chestnut Avenue at Chestnut Street in Gilroy, for possession of brass knuckles.
Christopher Michael Harris, 34, 11:10 a.m. Sept. 16 on Monterey Road at Highway 101 in Gilroy, for possession of a concealed dirk or dagger. Officers found a five-inch fixed blade knife in his pocket.
Identity theft
An unknown suspect(s), between midnight Sept. 16 and 1:30 p.m. Sept. 17 on the 12000 block of Center Avenue in San Martin, used a social security number to change the account information on a Macy’s credit card.
An unknown suspect(s), between midnight Aug. 20 and 11:30 a.m. Sept. 25 on the 2000 block of Pinecrest Drive in San Martin, made purchases of approximately $2,943.31 at a Home Depot.
