Theft with an access card
-An unknown suspect(s), between midnight Nov. 12 and at 11:59 a.m. Nov. 15 on the 200 block of Clarke Lane in Morgan Hill, used the victim’s credit card account to make online purchases, totaling $1,731.82. Stolen items were shipped to an address in San Diego.
Drugs
-Rodolfo Enriques, 57, at 11:30 a.m. Nov. 25 on the 8400 block of Monterey Highway in Morgan Hill, for possession of a controlled substance. A search of the suspect’s residence turned up .9 grams of methamphetamine.
-Angel Jose Alvarez, 42, at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 25 on the 8100 block of Monterey Highway in Morgan Hill, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of methamphetamine. A search of the suspect’s residence turned up a methamphetamine pipe, another pipe, prescription medications and a .4 grams of methamphetamine.
-Audencio Avila, 44; and Jose Toscano-Garcia, 31, at 9:11 p.m. Nov. 23 on the 3400 block of Pacheco Pass Highway in Gilroy, for possession of methamphetamine for sale and possession of methamphetamine. Avila was found in possession of 14 grams of methamphetamine, two grams of cocaine, a digital scale and $130 in cash. Toscano-Garcia was found with 10 grams of methamphetamine and a methamphetamine pipe.
-Bernardo Andrade Vasquez, 56, at 10:38 a.m. Nov. 23 on Monterey Highway at Travel Park Circle in Gilroy, for possession of a controlled substance for sale. A search of suspect’s tent turned up multiple plastic bindles of methamphetamine that had been sewn into a pair of gloves.
-Steven Glen Sarquis, 53, at 10 a.m. Nov. 21 on Chester Avenue at Monterey Highway in San Martin, for possession of a controlled substance and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Sarquis had a $5,000 warrant and was in possession of approximately 2.6 grams of a methamphetamine.
-Joseph Charles McCarthy, 56, at 10:27 p.m. Nov. 20 on Wren Avenue at Mantelli Avenue in Gilroy, for possession of methamphetamine.
Stolen vehicle
-An unknown suspect, between 6:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. Nov. 22 on the 10 block of San Bruno Avenue in Morgan Hill, stole victim’s vehicle from a parking lot.
Grand theft
-An unknown suspect(s), between midnight and 5 a.m. Nov. 22 on the 5000 block of Santa Teresa Boulevard in Gilroy, removed 90 feet of 3-inch copper downspout from various exterior pillars valued at $540. Labor to replace piping is $450.
-An unknown suspect(s), between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Nov. 21 on the 19000 block of Quinn Avenue in Morgan Hill, entered the residence through a window and stole jewelry and handbags.
