Sept. 21 fundraiser at The Learning and Loving Education Center

The Learning and Loving Education Center has put together a special afternoon of wine tasting from area vintners and hors d’oeuvres, as well as tasty desserts, from local eateries as part of its Sept. 21 “Together at the Center” fundraiser.
The silent auction and Wine Heist fundraiser, scheduled from 2 to 4 p.m., requires a $40 per-person donation. Proceeds from the event will benefit the ministry of the Sisters of the Presentation, funded solely by generous grants and individual donations.
The event, scheduled from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., will take place at 16890 Church St. in Morgan Hill.
Serving the area since 1994, The Learning and Loving Education Center was established to teach skills, foster hope, and provide direction to adult immigrant women and their children living in the surrounding low and extremely low-income areas of the local community.
