Deborah Najar Perez and Richard Juarez Perez were married Sept. 19, 2010.
Deborah, daughter of Bertha and Antonio Najar, of Gilroy, is an office administrator. She received a bachelor’s degree from the University of California Santa Cruz and plans on attending law school in the fall of 2011.
Richard, son of the late Mr. Richard R. Perez of San Jose, and Ms. Corina Juarez, of Modesto, is an assembly technician. He is currently attending Evergreen Valley College pursing a mechanical CADD degree.
The couple had a beautiful outdoor winery wedding, with perfect weather. Aside from running half an hour late, the wedding was perfect. Guests enjoyed great food, fantastic wine and an evening of dancing. The couple resides in San Martin.
Camarillo/Hogue
Victoria Camarillo and Devin Hogue were married Oct. 9, 2010.
Victoria, daughter of Michael and Laurie Camarillo, and Anna Navarro, is a child care worked for a teen girls group home in San Jose. She has been there for almost two years. She is a graduate of Mt. Madonna High School in Gilroy.
Devin, son of Carole Braquet and Danny Hogue, is a graduate of Mt. Madonna High School and is self employed.
The ceremony was held at Gilroy Presbyterian Church and a reception was at the Veterans Memorial Hall in Gilroy. It was attended by lots of family and friends. The couple, who reside in Gilroy, took a four-day honeymoon in beautiful Monterey.

Jordan Raider Cerda
Jordan Raider Cerda was born Oct. 13, 2010 at Hazel Hawkins Hospital to Yvette and Carlos Cerda of Hollister. He weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces.
HONORS
Martin Baxter
LnCpl. Martin Baxter graduated from MCRD San Diego three years ago and was deployed to Afghanistan a few weeks ago. He is on his second deployment; his first deployment with 1/1 Alpha Co. was to the southern Pacific. He was involved in anti-piracy missions, training other countries military and training in some of the harshest conditions.
Martin was recently deployed with the 3rd Battalion 5th Marine Division (Darkhorse) to Afghanistan, along with hundreds of other Marines who fight courageously for the freedoms we enjoy here at home.
Martin is a 2005 graduate of Live Oak High School and attended Gavilan College before he decided to serve his country in the United States Marine Corps.
