after a lengthy battle with cancer.

Born October 14, 1941 to Vernon and Mae Cressy in Yankton, S.D., he married Mary Ann Knutson of Hartington, Neb., in 1962. Ron served in the USAF from 1961-83, retired as a captain and settled in Morgan Hill. He then worked for ADAC Laboratories for 10 years.
Ron will be greatly missed by his wife, Mary Ann; children Steven and Michelle; six grandchildren; his mother, brothers and many friends and relatives.
His father and infant son preceded him in death. Internment will be Aug. 4, at 11 a.m. at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery in Gustine. A memorial luncheon will be held Sunday, Aug. 3 at 1 p.m. at the home of Bob and Shirl Branaugh at 979 Oak Manor Way, Pleasanton. Please RSVP 925-461-8558.
