Music As Language will host its “Rock For a Reason 2017: A Night at the Movies” fundraiser Aug. 19 at Miramar Vineyards in San Martin.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. The concert begins at 7 p.m.
The fundraiser, which will benefit the Morgan Hill Community Foundation, will have wine, beer and soft drinks for purchase as well as local food trucks providing dinner options.
“Come have a dinner and a show under the summer stars!,” reads the Music As Language announcement.
Rock For a Reason has generated more than $10,000 in the past two years to local foundations such as the Audrie Pott Foundation and the Edward Boss Prado Foundation.
Miramar Vineyards is located at 12255 New Ave. in San Martin.
Organizers are asking for individuals and businesses to make a donation, become an event sponsor, or provide a prize for the raffle/silent auction.
