Kennedy, Rachel Schweiger, Jessica Wrye, Janelle Raymaker and
Allison Power, who transferred from LO this year.
If it seems like a Morgan Hill youth soccer reunion when the Live Oak High girls soccer team hosts Valley Christian on Thursday at 5pm, that’s because it will be, of sorts. Several Warriors players hail from Morgan Hill, including Weynab Admassu, Ali Cheadle, Megan Kennedy, Rachel Schweiger, Jessica Wrye, Janelle Raymaker and Allison Power, who transferred from LO this year. In addition, assistant coach Bill Stryker is from Morgan Hill, and Tiffany Makinster is from Gilroy. The match pits the defending Central Coast Section Division I co-champion Acorns (1-1-1 overall this season) against defending CCS Division III champion Valley Christian (2-1) and will be played on Live Oak’s Richert Stadium football field.
