MHPD

The Morgan Hill Police Department has invited the community to come out from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 21 at its 16200 Vineyard Boulevard headquarters for the annual Public Safety Day.
The Community Law Enforcement Foundation event is an opportunity for residents to get to know local police officers, firefighters and representatives from partnering public safety agencies.
Visitors can enjoy tours of the police department, food, games and prizes. Additionally, the SWAT truck and other MHPD vehicles will be on display and police are offering free child ID fingerprinting.
Agencies, which will also display their vehicles and equipment, expected to join the MHPD will be: California Highway Patrol, Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Department, Silicon Valley Ambulance, Police Explorers, Community Emergency Response Team, Community Law Enforcement Foundation, and Volunteers in Policing.
