NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MORGAN HILL WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE FOLLOWING PROPOSAL(S) AT THE DATE, TIME AND LOCATION LISTED BELOW. ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND THE HEARING AND PROVIDE COMMENTS.

Development Agreement Amendment, AAE2016-0003: Dunne – Busk: Request for a six month extension to a commencement of construction date within an approved Development Agreement for a 14-unit single-family project. The property, identified by Assessor Parcel Number(s) 817-19-044, is located on a 3.65 acre site on the southeast corner of the intersection of East Dunne Avenue and Murphy Avenue (Betty Busk, Owner).
NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN, pursuant to Government Code Section 65009, that any challenge of the above application(s) in court may be limited to raising only those issues raised by you or on your behalf at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission at, or prior to the public hearing on this matter.
