POTW: Hailey

Hailey is a Chihuahua who is gentle, sweet and happy. She is also great with other dogs and loves to be held. She is special needs because her back hips are tilted out; however she doesn’t notice and still loves to walk. She has been at the San Martin Animal Shelter since June.
