• A 36-year-old Morgan Hill male was taken to county jail charged with corporal injury to a child. The report was taken on July 5 at 2:37 p.m.
• A 34-year-old Morgan Hill male was taken to county jail charged with domestic battery. The report was taken at 4:38 a.m. on July 7.
• A 17-year-old Morgan Hill male was cited and released charged with battery. The report was taken on July 9 at 9:31 a.m.
Rape: The MH Tavern reported that the husband of a customer claimed she was raped. The report was taken on Aug. 26 at 6:40 p.m.
Arrests and citations: Jose L. Bravo, 24, of Gilroy was cited and released charged with petty theft. The report was taken on July 1 at 7:16 p.m.
• Sinthia R. Rios, 19, of Morgan Hill was cited and released charged with petty theft. The report was taken at 4:56 p.m. on July 2.
• A 43-year-old Morgan Hill male was taken to county jail charged with violation of a restraining order and resisting arrest. The report was taken on July 2 at 9;45 p.m.
• Maria H. Martinez, 28, of San Martin was cited and released charged with petty theft. The report was taken at 10:25 p.m. on July 3.
• Wendy G. Zermeno, 32, of Gilroy was cited and released charged with petty theft. The report was taken on July 4 at 1:29 p.m.
• Alan M. Hart, 50, listed as a transient was cited and released on suspicion of being drunk in public. The report was taken at 8:51 p.m. on July 6.
• Two Morgan Hill juveniles, a 15-year-old male and a 17-year-old male, were cited and released for possession of tobacco. The report was taken at Britton Middle School on July 8 at 8:12 a.m.
• A 16-year-old Morgan Hill female was cited and released charged with brandishing a knife. The report was taken at 10:11 a.m. on July 8.
• Teodoro C. Castillo, 22, of San Martin and Javier V. Lopez, 33, of San Martin were taken to county jail charged with possession of a deadly weapon, a felon in possession of a firearm, giving false identification and false registration. The report was taken on July 9 at 1:52 p.m.
• Two Morgan Hill juveniles, a 16-year-old male and an 17-year-old male, were cited and released charged with brandishing a deadly weapon. The report was taken at 2:09 p.m. on July 9.
• Three juveniles, two from Morgan Hill and Hollister, a 16-year-old male, a 15-year-old male and a 17-year-old male were cited and released charged with possession of alcohol by a minor. The report was taken on July 11 at 11:08 p.m.
• A 15-year-old Morgan Hill male was cited and released charged with possession of a weapon in a public school. The weapon was a BB gun; the school was Britton Middle School. The report was taken at 12:23 p.m. on July 25.
