Auto burglary: A Morgan Hill resident reported his Lexus was broken into while he was in the 24-Hour Fitness club. His computer was stolen and possibly other items. The passenger side window was broken. The report was taken on Aug. 29 at 7:01 .m.

Arrests and citations: Marc Tolin, 53, of Morgan Hill was cited and released on suspicion of being drunk in public. The report was taken on Aug. 2 at 2:43 a.m.

• Greg A. Chambers, 27, listed as a transient from San Jose was cited and released on suspicion of being drunk in public. He also had four outstanding warrants on the same charge. The report was taken at 7:43 p.m. on Aug. 3.

Arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance: Steven Ortez, 19, of Morgan Hill was cited and released. He was also charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. The report was taken on July 6 at 11:36 p.m.

Arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence: Fernando Lopez, 24, of San Mateo was taken to county jail. He was also charged with possession of a controlled substance, possessing an open container in a vehicle and driving without a license. The report was taken on July 4 at 11:16 p.m.

• Donald E. Lehan, 65, of Morgan Hill was cited and released. The report was taken at 4:08 p.m. on July 7.

Threats: A Morgan Hill resident reported she has been receiving threatening phone calls and letters from a known suspect. The resident said the suspect threatens to physically harm her. The suspect also allegedly calls the resident’s parents in Gilroy. The report was taken on Aug. 28 at 12:29 p.m.

• A resident of the Madrone Mobile Estates reported his brother is threatening to “knock his teeth out” and damage his vehicle. The resident told police he is on probation and doesn’t want any trouble. The report was taken at 10 a.m. on Aug. 29.

Burglary: An office in the 17705 block of Hale Avenue was broken into overnight, and the office was ransacked. A screen was taken off one of the office windows. It was unknown at the time of the report if anything was stolen. The report was taken on Aug. 28 at 8:07 a.m.

• South Valley Christian Church reported someone broke in, left four windows open and stole various items. The report was taken at 12:57 p.m. on Aug. 28.

Vandalism: Town and Country Car Wash reported two suspects on bicycles damaged the overhead carousel of the car wash, causing structural damage, and they threw the garbage cans over the fence. The report was taken on Aug. 30 at 12:09 a.m.
