• A resident of Oak Park Drive reported tools were stolen from
the back of his truck, including a circular saw, a Makita drill, a
grinder and miscellaneous tools. The report was taken on May 25 at
10:45am.

n A resident of Las Casas de San Pedro reported a checkbook was stolen and three checks valued at $400 were cashed. The report was taken at 7:27am on May 26.

n A Morgan Hill resident reported she was pumping gas at a station at E. Dunne Avenue and Walnut Grove, and her wallet, containing credit cards, driver’s license and $200 in cash, “disappeared.” The report was taken on May 27 at 9:37am.

Vandalism:

n MH Discount Cleaners on Monterey Road reported the front door to the business was shattered overnight, but nothing was stolen. The report was taken on May 28 at 5:56pm.

n A resident of the Village Avante Apartment Homes reported her car was “egged” overnight. The report was taken at 10:34am on May 30.

n A resident of the 700 block of St. Michael Place reported the resident’s Audi that was parked in the driveway was vandalized overnight. The resident told police the car alarm went off at approximately 1:30am. The report was taken on May 20 at 8:15am.

Auto Burglary:

n A resident of La Crosse Village Apartments reported her vehicle was broken into overnight. The Monterey County Sheriff’s Office notified her that they arrested someone who had her credit cards and vehicle registration. The report was taken on May 25 at 6pm.

n A person delivering papers on Vista de Valle reported she saw two male suspects breaking into a Jeep. She told police that the suspects fled in a Honda when they saw her. The report was taken at 3:28am on May 30.

n A Morgan Hill resident reported his wallet was left on the front seat of his car while it was parked on La Giralda Court with the windows open. The wallet, reportedly containing $300 in cash and an unsigned check for $5,000 written to the resident, was stolen. The report was taken on May 21
