someone used her name and driver’s license number to deposit checks
into her checking account and then withdraw the cash. The report
was taken at 3:43pm on Dec. 7.

• A resident of the 17500 block of Holiday Drive reported someone opened a Sprint cell phone account in the resident’s name. The report was taken on Nov. 29 at 3:27pm.
• A resident of Cabernet Circle reported someone used his credit card number to charge $4,800 in food, gas and merchandise in the Morgan Hill area and on the Internet. The report was taken on Nov. 12 at 3:50pm.
• A resident of Fountain Oaks Drive reported someone is buying items on the Internet using an account opened with the resident’s checking account number. The report was taken at 4:42pm on Oct. 28.
• A resident of the Madrone Mobile Estates reported someone used the resident’s name and Social Security number to open a phone account in Los Angeles, and now the resident is being contacted by a collection agency. The report was taken on Oct. 25 at 7:24am.
Stolen vehicle:
• A resident of the Terracina Apartments reported the resident’s dirt bike was stolen from the bed of the resident’s pickup overnight on Nov. 28 or 29. The report was taken on Dec. 1 at 11:58am.
• A resident of East Third Street reported his Waverunner was stolen from his driveway overnight on Dec. 3. The report was taken at 5:59pm on Dec. 5.
• An employee of Alpine Recreation on Monterey Road reported he parked his Chrysler LeBaron at the business in the morning and when he walked out of the business to go home, the vehicle was gone. The keys were left in the vehicle over the visor. The report was taken on Dec. 7 at 5:15pm.
• A Morgan Hill resident reported the resident’s Mitsubishi Mira-ge was stolen while the resident was at work, and the resident possibly has a suspect. The report was taken on Nov. 22 at 2:12am.
• A resident of Cochrane Village Apartments reported the resident’s Hyundai Excel was last seen in the apartment parking lot the night before. The resident told police all the keys are accounted for, and the Excel is paid for. The report was taken at 7:29am on Nov. 9.
• A resident of the 200 block of Wright Avenue reported her locked Highlander was parked in the driveway the night before, and when she woke up this morning, it had been stolen. She told police she has both sets of keys to the vehicle, and the vehicle is paid for. The report was taken on Nov. 8 at 6:11am.
• A resident of the Village Avante Apartment Homes reported her Dodge Caravan was stolen overnight. She told police she parked it on the street at approximately 11:30pm. The report was tak-en at 9:06am on Nov. 1.
• A resident of the Morgan Hill Apartment Trailers reported someone stole a Chevy pickup with a camper shell from the residence overnight. The report was taken on Oct. 19 at 5:56pm.
