Arrests and citations: Brandy Solano, 29, of Gilroy was cited and released charged with trespassing. The report was taken on Oct. 28 at 3:38 p.m.
• Valerie Whitworth, 42, of Morgan Hill bailed out, charged with theft with priors. The report was taken at 4:25 p.m. on Oct. 30.
• A 16-year-old Morgan Hill male was cited and returned to school charged with petty theft. The report was taken on Nov. 7 at 8:19 a.m.
• Dyer Rose, 18, of San Jose was cited and released charged with trespassing at Live Oak High. The report was taken at 12:50 p.m. on Nov. 7.
• Ryan Sharif, 49, of Morgan Hill was cited and released charged with violation of restraining order. The report was taken Nov. 7 at 6:45 p.m.
• A 16-year-old Morgan Hill male was cited and released to his parent charged with possession of marijuana and hashish; a 17-year-old Morgan Hill male was cited and released charged with possession of beer. The report was taken at 10:16 p.m. on Nov. 8.
• David Haley, 28, of San Martin was cited and released charged with petty theft, and a 17-year-old Morgan Hill male was cited and released charged with petty theft after an attempt to steal items from the Safeway grocery store. The report was taken on Nov. 8 at 10:53 p.m.
• Fernando Rodriguez, 30, of Gilroy was cited and released charged with driving on a suspended license, driving without insurance and with an expired registration. The report was taken at 2 p.m. on Nov. 10.
• David Jiminez, 32, of Morgan Hill was taken to county jail charged with possession of marijuana and a parole violation. He also had a no bail warrant. The report was taken on Nov. 13 at 5:44 p.m.
• Dennis Tipton, 46, of Morgan Hill was cited and released charged with driving on a suspended license. The report was taken at 8:34 a.m. on Nov. 15.
Battery: A 40-year-old Morgan Hill male was taken to county jail charged with spousal abuse. The report was taken on Oct. 9 at 10:56 p.m.
• A 26-year-old Gustine male was taken to county jail charged with spousal abuse and making terrorist threats. The report was taken at 9:07 p.m. on Oct. 10.
• A 24-year-old San Jose male was taken to county jail charged with spousal abuse. The report was taken on Oct. 24 at 6:34 p.m.
• Two 16-year-old Morgan Hill females were cited and released to the school charged with battery after an incident at Live Oak High. The report was taken at 9:42 a.m. on Oct. 25.
• A 48-year-old Monterey male was taken to county jail charged with domestic battery, preventing a victim from phoning, false imprisonment and injuring the phone. The report was taken on Oct. 25 at 11:45 p.m.
• A 30-year-old Morgan Hill female was taken to county jail charged with spousal abuse. The report was taken at 3:29 a.m. on Nov. 1.
• A 16-year-old Morgan Hill female was cited and released to her mother charged with battery after an incident at Live Oak High. The report was taken on Nov. 7 at 11:34 a.m.
• Caroline Mahoney, 31, of Morgan Hill was taken to county jail charged with battery and brandishing, and Aaron Winrow, 29, of Morgan Hill was taken to county jail charged with three counts of battery after a fight at the Terracina Apartments. The report was taken at 5:24 p.m. on Nov. 11.
• A 31-year-old Morgan Hill male was taken to county jail charged with domestic battery and resisting arrest. The report was taken on Nov. 11 at 10:14 p.m.
• A 17-year-old Morgan Hill male was cited and released charged with battery, assault and threat because of race after an incident at Live Oak High. The report was taken at 10:37 a.m. on Nov. 15.
Auto burglary: A Morgan Hill resident reported that a Gameboy Advance and a game were stolen from a Dodge while it was at the Morgan Hill Carwash. The value was estimated to be $200. The report was taken at 12:56 p.m. on Oct. 13.
• A Morgan Hill resident’s cell phone was stolen from his unlocked vehicle while it was parked at the Sno White Drive-In. The report was taken on Oct. 24 at 2:27 p.m.
Petty theft: A Morgan Hill resident reported her cell phone stolen while she was in the Starbucks on Walnut Grove. The report was taken Oct. 14 at 10:14 a.m.
• A Morgan Hill resident dropped her wallet in the parking lot of her workplace and it was stolen. The wallet contained identification, two credit cards and $1,000 in cash. The report was taken at 7:29 a.m. on Oct. 24.
