Robbery: A resident of the Terracina Apartments reported her son was “roughed up” by two juveniles who tried to steal his cell phone. The report was taken on March 17 at 8:20 p.m.

Arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence: Juventino Sarmiento, 26, of Gilroy was cited and released. He was also charged with driving without a license. The report was taken at 11:51 p.m. on Feb. 20.

• Mark Brown, 39, of Fremont was cited and released. The report was taken on March 1 at 8:42 a.m.

Arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance: Summer Harrison, 26, of Morgan Hill was taken to county jail. She also had outstanding warrants. The report was taken on Feb. 18 at 2:34 p.m.

• Efram Steward, 36, of Morgan Hill was taken to county jail. He was also charged with possession of a controlled substance and had an outstanding warrant. The report was taken at 9:10 p.m. on Feb. 18.

• Philip Matthews, 29, listed as a transient from Gilroy, was taken to county jail. He was also charged with possession of controlled PCP and possession of a hypodermic needle. The report was taken on Feb. . 18 at 11:36 p.m.

• Kristine Ledon, 33, of Morgan Hill was cited and released. She was also charged with driving without a license. The report was taken at 4:24 p.m. on Feb. 19.

• Jason Lai, 35, of Morgan Hill was cited and released charged with invasion of privacy after an incident at Eurotans of Morgan Hill. The report was taken on Feb. 20 at 7:19 p.m.

• Antonio Betencourt, 31, of Gilroy was taken to county jail charged with possession of a controlled substance. The report was taken at 11:51 p.m. on Feb. 20.

• Randy Solano, 29, of Morgan Hill was taken to county jail. He was also charged embezzlement and possession of stolen property. The report was taken on Feb. 23 at 1:16 p.m.

• Yvette Sol, 34, of Morgan Hill was taken to county jail. She also had an outstanding warrant. The report was taken at 3:04 p.m. on March 2.

Arrests and citations: Guillermo Martinez, 36, of Morgan Hill was cited and released on suspicion of being drunk in public. The report was taken on Feb. 17 at 5:45 p.m.

• Lorraine McVey, 39, of Morgan Hill was cited and released charged with embezzlement from Mervyn’s. The report was taken at 7:49 p.m. on Feb. 17.

• Jeffrey Ford, 20, and Guillermo Grimaldo, 20, both of Morgan Hill, were cited and released charged with possession of alcohol under age 21. The report was taken on Feb. 18 at 12:46 a.m.

• Marc Tolin, 52, of Morgan Hill was cited and released on suspicion of being drunk in public. The report was taken at 2:18 a.m. on Feb. 19.

• A 15-year-old Morgan Hill male was cited and released charged with vandalism. The report was taken at Feb. 19 at 2:14 p.m.

• Luis Barajas, 27, of Morgan Hill was cited and released charged with driving on a suspended license. The report was taken on Feb. 21 at 5:31 p.m.

• Hermila Chavez, 35, of Morgan Hill was taken to county jail charged with commercial burglary. The report was taken at 9:58 p.m. on Feb. 28.

• Marc Tolin, 52, of Morgan Hill, was cited and released on suspicion of being drunk in public. The report was taken on March 2 at 7:18 p.m.

Indecent exposure: A Morgan Hill resident reported that a male posing as a Ross Dress for Less employee followed her out of the store; when she got into her vehicle and looked back, he was masturbating. The report was taken on March 21 at 7:40 p.m.

Threats: A resident of Hillwood Lane reported she is receiving threatening phone calls from a male who she suspects is related to her husband’s ex-wife. The man threatens to kill her. The report was taken on March 18 at 9:08 p.m.

• A resident of the Terracina Apartments reported she is receiving harassing phone calls, possibly from her ex-roommate. The report was taken on March at 10:53 p.m.

• A resident of Calle Caballeria reported that someone she had a restraining order against “kicked in” her door. She told police the restraining order expired three weeks previously, and the suspect has been calling her and harassing her. She is pregnant with the suspect’s child. The report was taken at 2 p.m. on March 19.

• A resident of Fifth Street reported receiving harassing phone calls for a month. The report was taken on march 19 at 9:56 p.m.

• A resident of the 2000 block of Fountain Oaks Drive reported that she received a threatening call on her cell phone. The female caller said “they” were going to get a gun and shoot her and she would not wake up in the morning. The report was taken at 8:07 a.m. on March 21.

Burglary: An employee of the Tacos Lupita reported the cash register and security camera missing from the restaurant in the morning. Someone apparently entered the building overnight through a rear door. The report was taken on March 20 at 8:08 a.m.

• A resident of the 16600 block of Lone Hill Drive reported someone entered her garage two nights previously and stole three bicycles. The report was taken at 11:04 a.m. on March 21.

Vandalism: A resident of the 17200 block of Calle Mazatan reported the driver’s side mirror of her Saturn was broken overnight. The report was taken on March 20 at 8:06 a.m.

Tampering with a vehicle: A resident of Bisceglia Avenue reported both license plates stolen from the resident’s truck. The report was taken on March 18 at 3:41 p.m.

Battery: A 20-year-old San Jose male was taken to county jail charged with battery, assault with a deadly weapon and corporal injury to a spouse. The report was taken on Feb. 17 at 4:14 p.m.

• A 46-year-old Morgan Hill male was taken to county jail charged with battery of a former spouse. The report was taken at 10:52 p.m. on Feb. 21.

• Thomas Ellis, 24, of Morgan Hill was taken to county jail on two counts each of preventing a victim from calling police and injury to a telephone. The report was taken on Feb. 26 at 8:54 p.m.

• John Rodewald, 44, of Morgan Hill was cited and released charged with battery. The report was taken at 6:28 a.m. on Feb. 27.

• someone reported he was skating at the high school and an unknown suspect argued wit him, then “beat him up” and left the scene. The victim had an injured nose and eye. The report was taken at 8:13 p.m. on March 18.

• A resident of San Pablo Court reported her sister assaulted her. She told police she was at her sister’s residence to pick up her daughter when her sister returned home and assaulted her. The report was taken on March 19 at 10:51 p.m.

Auto burglary: A resident of the 17400 block of Grand Prix Way reported her locked pickup was broken into overnight. Musical instruments, a backpack, books and sample books for a window covering business were stolen. The report was taken on March 19 at 7:25 a.m.

• A Live Oak High student reported the student’s locked pickup was broken into while parked behind the school on Half Road. The student’s cell phone was stolen. The report was taken at 12:28 p.m. on March 19.
