• A Morgan Hill resident reported he left his Honda parked in the area of East Dunne Avenue and Joleen Way for the past month and it has been stolen. The report was taken at 5:17 p.m. on July 28.
Burglary
• A resident of Terracina Apartments reported he just returned home and his apartment has been burglarized, but he doesn’t know what items were taken yet. The report was taken on July 25 at 9:13 p.m.
•A resident of San Luis Way reported she left the sliding door to her house open and when she came home she found a box on the bed that had contained $500. The report was taken at 10:56 p.m. on July 25.
• Hale Lumber on Depot Street reported someone broke into the business through the roof. The safe was broken into, but it was unclear what items were stolen. The report was taken on July 28 at 7:39 a.m.
• A resident of the 16600 block of San Ramon Drivereported someone tried to break into the residence overnight. Both of the side gates were left open by the suspect(s), children’s toys were moved around and planters were knocked over. The rear sliding glass door was discovered completely off the track. The report was taken at 8:29 a.m. on July 28.
• A resident of the 16700 block of Willow Creek Drive reported the resident’s children’s bikes were stolen from the garage. The garage door was left open. The report was taken on July 28 at 4:47 p.m.
• A resident of the 500 block of Central Avenue reported her house was burglarized. The back door was “kicked in,” and the jewelry was stolen from her bedroom closet. The report was taken at 2:02 p.m. on July 29.
• Specialized Bicycles on Concord Circle reported one of the doors to the building was pried open over the weekend, and a new bike that has not yet been released to the public was stolen. The report was taken on July 30 at 8:16 a.m.
• A resident of the 16600 block of Trail Drive reported he arrived home to find his house broken into. The house had been ransacked, and it was unclear at the time of the report what was stolen. The report was taken at 12:56 p.m. on Aug. 2.
Threats
• A Morgan Hill resident reported her ex-boyfriend, who lives in Gilroy and owns several guns, has told her if she ever is “seen around town with another guy” he will hurt her. She told police she is in fear for her life. The report was taken on July 24 at 6:44 p.m.
Grand theft
• Tampering with a vehicle: A resident of the Hacienda Mobile Home Estates reported the license plates were stolen from his motorhome within the last four months. The report was taken on July 13 at 11:42am
•A Morgan Hill resident reported both license plates were stolen from the resident’s vehicle while it was parked on Monterey Road. The report was taken at 4:18pm on July 16.
Petty theft
• A Morgan Hill resident reported his wallet was stolen “sometime during the day.” The report was taken on July 11 at 6:50pm
• Alpha Automotive Repair on Monterey Road reported a vending machine was vandalized and $28 was stolen from the machine on July 9. The report was taken at 9:07am on July 12.
• Target in Cochrane Plaza shopping center reported someone stole five DVDs, but they were recovered from the suspect. The report was taken on July 17 at 2:07pm.
• Target in the Cochrane Plaza shopping center reported a juvenile attempted to shoplift items from the store and was released to parents. The report was taken on July 18 at 6:56 p.m.
• A Morgan Hill resident reported an ATM check card was stolen on May 22 during a Morgan Hill wine tasting tour. The report was taken at 4:44 p.m. on July 19.
• A Morgan Hill resident reported a cell phone was stolen from the skate park. The report was taken on July 20 at 3:31 p.m.
• A resident of the Morgan Hill Apartment Trailers reported he had a guest in his home the day before and now there is jewelry, a cell phone and a wallet missing. The report was taken at 5:27 a.m. on July 21.

•Longs Drug Store on East Dunne Avenue reported someone stole a money bag left on the counter containing customer credit card information and rainchecks but no money. The report was taken on July 21 at 11:22 p.m.
• A resident of Markross Court reported a boy’s bicycle stolen from the front yard of the residence. The report was taken at 8:26 a.m. on Aug. 2
• EB Games in the Cochrane Plaza shopping center reported two male suspects stole three video games costing $30 each. One suspect apparently distracted the store clerk while the other stole the games. The report was taken on Aug. 2 at 12:26 p.m.
