• Stephanie E. Rico, 21, Hollister was taken to county jail. She was also charged with assault with a deadly weapon and possession of stolen property. Also in the incident, which occurred at the Box Seat Sports Grill, Darla B. Espinoza, 22, of Morgan Hill and Anna M. Spencer, 23, of Hollister were cited and released charged with possession of stolen property and battery. The report was taken at 1:35 a.m. on April 10.
• Jennifer L. Lovecchio, 30, of Morgan Hill was cited and released. The report was taken on April 17 at 11:57 a.m.
Battery: A 32-year-old San Jose female was taken to county jail charged with spousal battery. The report was taken on April 6 at 8:58 p.m.
• A 26-year-old Morgan Hill male was taken to county jail charged with spousal battery. He was also charged with preventing a victim from calling police, and he had a small outstanding warrant. The report was taken at 12:48 a.m. on April 7.
• A 40-year-old Morgan Hill female was cited and released charged with spousal battery. The report was taken on April 8 at 12:06 a.m.
• A 31-year-old Morgan Hill male was taken to county jail charged with domestic battery, child abuse and damaging the phone line. The report was taken at 11:44 p.m. on April 10.
• Suzette M. Walton, 39, of Morgan Hill was cited and released charged with battery. The report was taken on April 11 at 7:32 p.m.
• A 35-year-old Watsonville male was taken to county jail charged with spousal battery and battery. The report was taken at 3:02 p.m. on April 12.
• Jeffrey M. Ganzler, 40, was cited and released charged with battery. The report was taken on April 16 at 4:17 a.m.
Arrests and citations: A 17-year-old Morgan Hill male was cited and released charged with willfully delaying or resisting a police officer. The report was taken on April 1 at 4:01 p.m.
• Michael L. Torres, 21, of Modesto was taken to county jail charged with residential burglary, assault with a deadly weapon and vandalism. The report was taken at 3:41 a.m. on April 3.
• A 17-year-old San Martin male was cited and released charged with fighting in public after an incident at Live Oak High. The report was taken on April 6 at 9:36 a.m.
• Scott D. Hubble, 36, of Morgan Hill was cited and released charged with driving on a suspended drivers license, hit and run and driving without proof of insurance. The report was taken at 1:40 p.m. on April 7.
• Apryl M. Casillas, 20, of Morgan Hill was taken to county jail charged with embezzlement. The report was taken on April 9 at 9:14 p.m.
• Marc Tolin, 53, of Morgan Hill was cited and released on suspicion of being drunk in pubic. The report was taken at 1:36 a.m. on April 11.
• A 48-year-old Morgan Hill male was taken to county jail charged with annoying or molesting children. There were three victims. The report was taken on April 13 at 8:30 p.m.
• Alan M. Hart, 51, listed as a transient, was cited and released on suspicion of being drunk in public. The report was taken at 8:11 p.m. on April 14.
• Rosemary Chan, 43, of Morgan Hill was taken to county jail charged with petty theft and burglary. The report was taken on April 15 at 5:51 p.m.
• Cecilia R. Aragon, 21, of Daly City was cited and released charged with petty theft. The report was taken at 5:38 p.m. on April 18.
• A 14-year-old male and a 15-year-old male, both from Morgan Hill, were cited and released charged with fighting in public after an incident at Britton Middle School. The report was taken on April 20 at 9:44 a.m.
Arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance: Rebecca O. Elliot, 18, of San Jose was cited and released. The report was taken on April 19 at 8:59 p.m.
Stolen vehicle: San Pedro Self Storage reported a Penske car carrier trailer stolen from the premises on April 25 or 26. The report was taken on April 27 at 8:25 a.m.
• A car carrier that was left parked on the street three days earlier at Young’s Market was stolen. The report was taken at 4 p.m. on April 29.
Petty theft: A resident of the 100 block of Lindo Lane reported the cat trap that was loaned to the resident by Animal Control was stolen from her backyard. The report was taken on April 25 at 4:29 p.m.
• A resident of the 900 block of Oak Park Drive reported solar lights were stolen from her front yard on April 23. The report was taken at 10:58 a.m. on April 26.
