Someone reported two adults engaging in sexual activity outside the Community and Cultural Center. The incident was reported about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday. A man and a female described as a “large woman,” both in their 30s, were having sex on the grass behind the building at the corner of Monterey Road and Dunne Avenue. The witness who reported the incident said after having sex, the couple walked east through the community center’s parking lot.
No one was arrested or cited.
Jewelry stolen from MH home
A Morgan Hill resident is missing jewelry after a burglary Tuesday. The female resident of the 16600 block of San Gabriel Court returned home about 2 p.m. to find the back door and a window to the house open. Missing was an unspecified amount and type of jewelry, police said. The crime happened sometime between 9:30 a.m. and 2:40 p.m.
