An 88-year-old man of the 200 block of Summer Circle was
defrauded out of $30,000 by 15 different companies. The crime was
reported about 8:30 a.m. Tuesday by the victim’s son.

Fraud
A man reported his ATM card was stolen from Coyote Creek Golf Course Saturday about 3 p.m. and used at Target, 1061 Cochrane Road. The crime was reported 7:42 p.m. Saturday.
Battery
A bicyclist who was riding a tandem bicycle on Llagas Road said an unidentified person driving a silver SUV threw a plastic bottle full of an unknown liquid in his direction. No injuries were reported. The crime was reported 2:53 p.m. Sunday.
Stolen vehicle
A 2006 Toyota pickup was stolen from a residence on the 18000 block of Monterey Road. The crime was reported 9:16 a.m. Monday.
Fraud

Auto burglary
A white 2002 Toyota Avalon parked at Microtel Inn and Suites, 16245 Condit Road, was broken into and a GPS system was stolen. The thief entered the vehicle by smashing a window. The crime was reported 9:12 a.m. Tuesday.
A blue Dodge Caravan and a gray Chevrolet Tahoe on the 100 block of Nob Hill Terrace were broken into. The crimes were reported about 6:30 a.m. Wednesday.
