- Vandalism: Kindercare Learning Center on East Dunne Avenue reported two tires on a van owned by the business were slashed sometime over the weekend. The report was taken at 8:43am.

Petty theft: A resident of Diana Avenue reported someone he thinks lives on Markross Court came over to his property and stole some firewood. He told police he wants to place her under citizen’s arrest. The report was taken at 11:08am.

Petty theft: A Morgan Hill resident reported her change purse containing credit cards, ID and cash was stolen while she was in the Safeway grocery store on East Dunne Avenue. She told police she believes the man standing behind her in line stole the purse. The report was taken at 11:26am.

- Burglary: Several construction trailers on the site of the future county courthouse on Diana Avenue were broken into overnight. Power tools and construction materials were stolen. The report was taken at 6:02am.

Fraud: A resident of Oakwood Court reported his credit card was stolen and used on line to purchase $1,742 in merchandise. The report was taken at 10:05am.

Grand theft: Simonsen Laboratories on Cochrane Circle reported someone took copper drain lines from the roof of the building. The theft occurred between Jan. 15 and Jan. 31, and the pipes are valued at $1,500 to $2,000. The report was taken at 10:23am.

Auto burglary: An employee of the Marie Callendars restaurant on Sutter Boulevard reported his Toyota was broken into while parked in the restaurant parking lot in the morning. A window was shattered, but he was not sure what was taken at the time of the report. He told police another employee’s vehicle was also broken into. The report was taken at 11:35am.

- Auto burglary: A resident of the Monte Vista Apartments reported their vehicle was broken into, and the stereo was stolen. The report was taken at 4:54am.

Auto burglary: Another resident of the Monte Vista Apartments reported their vehicle was broken into. Tools were reported stolen from the vehicle. The report was taken at 5:56am.

- Auto burglary: A resident of Lone Hill Drive reported her Honda Civic was broken into overnight. A window was shattered, and the stereo was stolen. The report was taken at 7:21am.
