• Found property: A resident of Spring Avenue reported he found a dagger-type knife with blood on it in his front yard. The report was taken at 9:35am.

• Stolen vehicle: A resident of Gallop Drive reported his Dodge Durango was stolen overnight. The report was taken at 9:46am.

• Auto burglary: A resident of Easy Street reported a briefcase containing a passport was stolen from an unlocked vehicle overnight. The report was taken at 12:16pm.

February 13

• Vandalism: Kindercare Learning Center on East Dunne Avenue reported two tires on a van owned by the business were slashed sometime over the weekend. The report was taken at 8:43am.

• Petty theft: A resident of Diana Avenue reported someone he thinks lives on Markross Court came over to his property and stole some firewood. He told police he wants to place her under citizen’s arrest. The report was taken at 11:08am.

• Petty theft: A Morgan Hill resident reported her change purse containing credit cards, ID and cash was stolen while she was in the Safeway grocery store on East Dunne Avenue. She told police she believes the man standing behind her in line stole the purse. The report was taken at 11:26am.

• Petty theft: A Live Oak High student reported their cell phone was stolen from their backpack while at school. The report was taken at 3:50pm.

n Identity theft: A resident of Cayenne Drive reported someone used her credit card number to make charges at WalMart. The report was taken at 8:03pm.

February 14

• Stolen vehicle: A resident of Sorrel Way reported their Acura Integra was stolen form the driveway overnight. The report was taken at 9:36am.

• Petty theft: A cell phone was stolen from a Live Oak High classroom. The report was taken at 12:52pm.

• Fraud: A resident of Tarragon Avenue reported someone is using their checks to make purchases. The report was taken at 4:24pm.

• Threats: A resident of Calle Viento reported she and her family have been receiving harassing phone calls from a suspect in Concord. The report was taken at 5:08pm.

February 15

• Burglary: Several construction trailers on the site of the future county courthouse on Diana Avenue were broken into overnight. Power tools and construction materials were stolen. The report was taken at 6:02am.

• Fraud: A resident of Oakwood Court reported his credit card was stolen and used on line to purchase $1,742 in merchandise. The report was taken at 10:05am.

• Grand theft: Simonsen Laboratories on Cochrane Circle reported someone took copper drain lines from the roof of the building. The theft occurred between Jan. 15 and Jan. 31, and the pipes are valued at $1,500 to $2,000. The report was taken at 10:23am.

• Auto burglary: An employee of the Marie Callendars restaurant on Sutter Boulevard reported his Toyota was broken into while parked in the restaurant parking lot in the morning. A window was shattered, but he was not sure what was taken at the time of the report. He told police another employee’s vehicle was also broken into. The report was taken at 11:35am.

• Burglary: A construction trailer on a site on East Dunne Avenue was broken into overnight, and a small refrigerator was stolen. The report was taken at 1:44pm.

• Identity theft: A resident of Conte Way reported someone has her Social Security number and name and is opening credit accounts in her name. The report was taken at 8:33pm.

February 16

• Auto burglary: A resident of the Monte Vista Apartments reported their vehicle was broken into, and the stereo was stolen. The report was taken at 4:54am.

• Auto burglary: Another resident of the Monte Vista Apartments reported their vehicle was broken into. Tools were reported stolen from the vehicle. The report was taken at 5:56am.

n Stolen vehicle: A resident of Lone Hill Drive reported their Ford Windstar was stolen overnight. The report was taken at 7:18am.

• Auto burglary: A resident of Lone Hill Drive reported her Honda Civic was broken into overnight. A window was shattered, and the stereo was stolen. The report was taken at 7:21am.

• Burglary: El Toro Elementary reported two classrooms were broken into overnight. Windows were opened, and the rooms were ransacked. School officials were still trying to determine what items were stolen at the time of the report. The report was taken at 7:31am.

• Burglary: Mama Mia’s restaurant on East Dunne Avenue reported someone broke into the storage room and stole landscaping equipment. The report was taken at 12:39pm.

• Spousal battery: A 41-year-old woman was arrested for spousal battery. The report was taken at 12:41pm.

• Arrest: James E. Benson, 45, was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. The report was taken at 1: 1:41pm.

• Arrest: Clifford A. Tabor, 44, was arrested for burglary and taken to county jail. The report was taken at 3:10pm.

February 18

• Vandalism: A resident of San Antonio Drive reported their vehicle was broken into overnight. A window was shattered, and items were stolen from the vehicle. The report was taken at 8:38am.

• Vandalism: A resident of East Main Avenue reported their vehicle was vandalized overnight. All of the tires were slashed, and some type of acid was poured on the vehicle. The report was taken at 10:02am.
