- Via Castana, 4:15pm. A resident reported an attorney filed false paperwork with the court and lied in court to get control of a million-dollar property.

Auto burglary
- Executive Inn Suites, Condit Road, 7:44am. A Chevy Impala was broken into overnight. A window was shattered, and a briefcase was stolen from the vehicle.

Village Avante Apartment Homes, Cosmo Avenue, 5:02pm
A resident reported his fiance’s locked Honda Civic was broken into. Three CD cases, a speaker box, work boots, an emergency pack and a spare tire were stolen.
Burglary
- West Main Avenue, 3:10pm. A resident reported she opened her liquor cabinet for the first time in a week or so and discovered four bottles of scotch and two bottles of tequila were missing, as well as a jar of quarters from the bedroom.

Executive Inn Suites, Condit Road, 3:54pm. A hotel guest reported he left his room at 6am, and when he returned at 3:30pm, his laptop was missing.

Auto burglary
- Trail Drive, 7:31am. A resident reported their Suburban was broken into overnight. Two windows were shattered, and a purse was stolen from the vehicle.
