- Auto burglary: A Morgan Hill resident reported their Toyota Camry was broken into while parked in the parking lot of the church on Edmundson Avenue. A window was shattered, and a bag of clothing and a digital camera were stolen. The report was taken at 3:26pm.

Stolen vehicle: A Volkswagen Jetta was stolen from the parking lot at Strikes lounge in the Tennant Station shopping center. The keys may have been left with the vehicle. The report was taken at 4:22pm.

Vandalism: A Cochrane Village Apartments resident reported there is a shoe print and numerous scratches and dents on the driver’s side door of their vehicle. The report was taken at 5:33pm.

Vandalism: A Fountain Oaks Drive resident reported the rear window of their Ford Taurus was shattered, possibly by a BB gun. The report was taken at 5:52pm.

- Auto burglary: An employee of 247 Workspace on Madrone Parkway reported they interrupted an auto burglary of one of their trailers. The report was taken at 7:35am.
Jan. 23
- Burglary: Calderon New and Used Tires on Monterey Road reported someone broke a window of the business overnight and stole tires and wheels. The report was taken at 7:47am.

Vandalism: A Bluebonnet Way resident reported someone ripped the passenger side mirror off their GMC Jimmy overnight. The report was taken at 9:16am.

Burglary: Angel Star on Mast Street reported the rear storage unit of the business was broken into sometime over the past four days. A chain fence was cut open along the side and at the rear of the building, and $100-200 in shelving was stolen. The report was taken at 11:09am.

John M. Dunn, 43, was cited and released on suspicion of driving under the influence. The report was taken at 1:23am on Jan. 4.

A 14-year-old male was cited and released to his mother for alleged burglary. The report was taken on Jan. 4 at 2:59pm.

Steven M. Boda, 54, was cited and released for alleged possession of a loaded firearm. The report was taken at 2:23pm on Jan. 6.
