  • Hazelton Court, 8:22 a.m. A resident reported someone broke into the home through the master bathroom window and stole two guns and a bottle of tequila.

Theft

  • Wright Avenue, 6:24 p.m. A resident reported someone used his bank card to make charges in Hayward and Fremont.

Nov. 17

Robbery

  • Safeway grocery store, East Dunne Avenue, 3:38 p.m. Two suspects stole beer from the store.

Nov. 18

Vandalism

  • Jasmine Square Apartments, Monterey Road. 7:23 a.m. A resident reported someone threw a brick through the window of his car and another through the window of his girlfriend’s car. He told police this is the second time this has happened.

Auto burglary

  • Del Monte Village Townhomes, Hale Avenue, 9:20 p.m. A resident reported their car was broken into on Nov. 13 but had to leave for work so didn’t report it. The resident also told police a credit card that was in the vehicle has been used to pay a cell phone bill.

Burglary

  • Diana Avenue, 10:13 p.m. A resident reported his home was broken into an hour before, and the suspect stole a small wall-mounted grandfather clock. The resident told police he saw the suspect walking with the clock behind Mama Mia’s restaurant.

  • Joseph M. Briano, II, 27, Nov. 3, 10:12 p.m. on Peak Avenue, for alleged possession of an open alcohol container or marijuana in a vehicle.

  • Mildred D. Rodriguez, 69, Nov. 4, 11:02 a.m. on Berry Court, for allegedly resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer.

  • Justin E.J. Hawkins, 27, Nov. 7, 6:01 p.m. on Monterey Road, on suspicion of being drunk in public.

  • David V. Perez, 51, Nov. 7, 9:24 p.m. on East Dunne Avenue, for alleged battery.

  • Jennifer M. Rinoldi, 26, Nov. 8, 11:21 p.m. on Monterey Road, on an outstanding warrant.

  • Jason D. Hewell, 21, Nov. 8, 11:45 p.m. on Hwy. 101 at Tennant Avenue, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

  • A 15-year-old., Nov. 14, 9 p.m. on Carriage Lamp Way, for alleged lewd or lascivious behavior with a child under age 14.

  • Charles L. Redmond, 67, Nov. 15, 10:48 p.m. on Ril Marianna Court, for alleged domestic abuse.
