Fraud
- Monte Vista Apartments, Del Monte Avenue, 3:19 p.m. A resident reported a former co-worker stole her credit card from her purse and stole another credit card from the mail and made $9,000 in chargtes using the cards.
Burglary
- Depot Street, 4:26 p.m. A resident reported she returned home from work and her residence had been ransacked. A stereo, digital camera, jewelry and other items were stolen.
Nov. 10
Auto burglary
- New Target store, Cochrane Road, 9 p.m. A customer’s Toyota Corolla was broken inot while parked in the lot. A window was shattered, and the stereo was stolen.
Nov. 11
Stolen vehicle
- Grand Prix Way, 7:40 a.m. A resident reported a Chevy Silverado was stolen overnight.

- Justin A. Eaton, 21, Nov. 5, 11:26 p.m. on East Main Avenue, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Tony R. Hansen, 43, Nov. 8, 3:42 p.m. on Sycamore Drive, San Martin, on an outstanding warrant.

Gustavo A. Espinoza, 51, Nov. 8, 11:03 p.m. on Spring Avenue, for alleged possession of a controlled substance.

Guadalupe Espinoza, 40, Nov. 8, 11:03 p.m. on Spring Avenue, on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.
