Resisting arrest

  • Frank Antonio Sanchez, 29, of Dougherty Avenue in Morgan Hill, 1:37pm, May 27 at the intersection of Monterey and Bailey avenues in San Jose, for resisting arrest and on a warrant for a parole violation.

Marijuana

  • Ryan Andrew Walton, 19, of Chesbro Lake Drive in Morgan Hill, and Kyle Anthony Moyano, 18, of Country Drive in Gilroy, 10:45pm, May 23 at the intersection of Monterey and Watsonville roads, for possession of marijuana for sale, transportation of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

  • Brian Edward Fuller, 21, of Morgan Hill, 8:15am, May 23, no location given, for possession of marijuana.

  • Andrew Barton Crowe, 45, of the 8100 block of Monterey Road, 9pm, May 23, on warrants for being under the influence of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license.

Grand theft

  • Angelique May Gonzalez, 32, of Morgan Hill, 9am, May 23 at 230 Dunne Ave., on a warrant for grand theft.

Public intoxication

  • Shane Edward Harvick, 26, of Morgan Hill, 9:45am, May 29 at the intersection of Sycamore Avenue and Yvonne Drive in Morgan Hill, for public intoxication.

Vehicle theft

  • Juan Bolano, 36, of Rogers Lane in Gilroy, 4:36pm, May 20 at the intersection of Ferguson and Dunlap roads in Gilroy, for vehicle theft, possession of stolen property, possession of burglary tools, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bolano was found sleeping with a screwdriver in his hand in the backseat of a gold Toyota Corolla stolen from Salinas on May 11. Two methamphetamine pipes were found in his front pants pocket.

Public intoxication

  • Santos Herrera, 45, of Tangowood Drive in San Jose; Santos Irrael, 46, and Walter Aparicio, 24, both of Sierra Mesa Drive in San Jose, 2am, May 20 at Arlia Drive in San Martin, for public intoxication.

  • Gabino Miguel Hernandez, 39, of Murphy Avenue in San Martin, 7:15pm, May 17 at the intersection of Llagas Avenue and South Street in San Martin, for public intoxication.

Controlled substances

  • Antonio Andrade Amezcua, 47, of Peartree Lane in Hollister, 11:30am, May 19 at the intersection of Watsonville and Monterey roads, for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a probation violation.

  • Diana Lee McDonald, 38, of Monterey Highway in Morgan Hill, 9:18am, May 16 at the intersection of Monterey Highway and Bailey Avenue, for possession of methamphetamine, being under the influence of a controlled substance, and a parole violation.

  • Alicia Gomez, 35, of Monterey Road in San Jose, 10pm, May 15 for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

  • Pauline Campos, 35, of Wright ? in Morgan Hill, 9:59am, May 15 at the intersection of Murray Drive and IOOF Avenue for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Possession of a hypodermic needle

  • Jennifer Estrada Castillo, 35, of Carlyle Court in Gilroy, 12:30am, May 18 at the intersection of Day and Monterey roads, for unlawful possession of a hypodermic needle.

Sheriff Incidents

Fishing without a license

  • Cody William Fowler, 19, of San Jose, 3:40am, May 14 at Parkway Lakes near the intersection of Metcalf Road and Monterey Highway, for fishing without a license. Fowler was cited and released.

Burglary

  • Unknown suspects stole keys to vending machines and stole more than $3,000 in change from machines at Live Oak High School, Christopher Ranch and South County Dodge, between 4:15pm May 4 and 6:55am May 7. One witness confronted two suspects and provided police with a description. The suspects are at large.

  • A laptop, seven belts, and other items worth $1,940 were taken between 4:45pm and 7:30pm, May 5 from Harding Avenue in San Ma tin. The burglary was reported 11am May 9.

  • Five gallons of paint, a pressure washer, welding tanks and other tools worth $1,093 were taken between 3:30pm May 7 and 7:30am, May 9 from Williams Scottman Inc. in San Martin.

Identity theft

  • An unknown suspect used a Dougherty Avenue resident’s identifying information to obtain a credit card between June 1, 2005 and April 23, 2007, and charged more than $4,836 to the card.

Stolen vehicle

  • A gray 2007 Nissan Sentra was stolen between 3:30am, May 27 and 4:30am, May 28 from Hindiyeh Lane in San Martin.

Credit card theft

n Four unauthorized transactions totaling $285.94 were made on a Wells Fargo credit card between 12am, May 21 and 4:45pm, May 24, from the account of a resident of King George’s Court in San Martin.

Vehicle vandalism

  • An unknown suspect slashed all four tires of a vehicle between 9pm, May 23 and 9:30am, May 24 on Kirby Avenue in Morgan Hill.

Stolen vehicle recovered

  • A Chevrolet Silverado reported stolen, May 16 from Gilroy was found at 10am, May 22 at the intersection of Chesbro Lake Drive and Oak Glen Avenue in Morgan Hill.

Vandalism

  • A window was broken between 10am and 1pm, May 21 on Church Avenue in Gilroy.

  • A window was shattered between 9:15am and 9:30am, May 17 near the intersection of Holiday Drive and Holiday Court in Morgan Hill.

Stolen vehicle recovered

  • A stolen vehicle was found parked at 12:19am, May 21 at Executive Inn Suites on Condit Road in Morgan Hill. Charles Milton Hunt, 43, of San Jose, is suspected of stealing it. When deputies arrived and knocked on his door at the hotel, he refused to open the door. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Burglary

  • Two flat-screen TVs and other electronics were taken between 4pm, May 18 and 5:30pm, May 20 from a home near the intersection of Foothill and San Martin avenues.

  • Jewelry, coins and electronics between taken between, April 26 and, May 14 from a home on Wilder Court in Gilroy.

Theft

  • A wallet was taken between 2pm and 2:10pm, May 17 from 1460 Arlington Road.

  • A 2007 DMV tab was removed between 12am, June 17, 2006 and 11am, March 16 from a truck parked on Turlock Avenue.

Stolen trailer

  • A black 5-foot by 10-foot utility trailer worth $1,500 was taken between 6pm, May 14 and 7am, May 15 from the intersection of W. Middle and Church avenues in San Martin.

Property found

  • Two bikes were found abandoned near a pond 8am, May 17 at Gavilan College.

Forgery

  • Someone manufactured fraudulent checks using a Monterey Road resident’s routing and account numbers between May 1 and May 4. The victim discovered that $3,644.83 had been removed from the account on May 14, upon reviewing their bank statement. The bank credited the victim’s account for the theft.

Identity theft

  • A Monterey Road resident received a letter 12am, May 15 congratulating them on a recent Wells Fargo application. The victim had not applied and belives it is a result of identity theft.

Battery

  • One person reported being battered at 6pm, May 15 at the intersection of Monterey Road and Laguna Avenue in San Jose by two female suspects, named as Lisa Deann Clark, 31, and Brandi Lee Clark, 29, both of San Jose. The suspects are at large.
