  • Vandalism: Hacienda Mobile Home Estates, 12:29pm: Someone “tagged” the front of the park in seven places overnight.

  • Burglary: Rosemary Circle, 4:53pm: An XBox, games, controllers and a wireless box were stolen from the residence the day before. The suspect(s) entered through the rear sliding door.

  • Petty theft: The Lighthouse, West Main Avenue, 7:25pm: A Morgan Hill resident reported she picked up her son, and his PlayStation Portable hand-held game console was missing from his backpack.

Feb. 17

  • Vandalism: Sorrel Way, 7:45am: Someone broke off the rear windshield wiper from a vehicle overnight. This was the second incidence of vandalism to the vehicle reported.

  • Identity theft: Via Sorrento, 8:54am: Someone wrote a $9,000 check on an equity line of credit.

  • Malicious phone calls: La Jolla Court, 10am: A Morgan Hill resident reported their grandmother is receiving harassing phone calls by an unknown suspect who is trying to reach the resident. The resident used to live with the grandmother but no longer does. The grandmother has been receiving the calls for a month. The caller refuses to give identity. The caller told the grandmother they will keep calling every day until she tells them where the resident is.

  • Vandalism: Anritsu, Jarvis Drive, 10:41am: A window was broken overnight or in the morning, and a rock was found inside the lobby area.

  • Stolen vehicle: Del Monte Lane, 12:18pm: A Buick Park Avenue was stolen from the parking lot of the complex overnight.

  • Auto burglary: Advent Lutheran Church, Murphy Avenue, 1pm: A GMC vehicle was broken into while parked in the church parking lot. A window was shattered and a purse was stolen.

  • Threats: Tolusa Court, 1:53pm: The family has been receiving death threats from an ex-boyfriend who lives in Virginia.

  • Auto burglary: Centennial Recreation Center, West Edmundson Avenue, 3:23pm: A Mercedes convertible was broken into while parked in the lot at the center. A window was shattered, and a purse was stolen from the Mercedes.

Feb. 18

  • Auto burglary: Depot Street, 7:47am: A Dodge Ram truck was broken into overnight. A satellite radio, sunglasses and keys to another vehicle were stolen from the truck.

  • Petty theft: Valero gas station, Monterey Road, 7:52am: Three males stole three 18-packs of beer at 9pm the night before.

  • Vandalism: Morgan Hill Tobacco Company, Monterey Road, 5:26pm: A truck’s window was shattered while it was parked at the business. Nothing was stolen from the truck.

  • Burglary: Mendecino Way, 10:38am: A resident reported items missing from the residence over several weeks, including bags of recycling bottles and money from her purse.

  • Threats: Heatherwood Way, 3:53pm: A resident reported her daughter is receiving threatening phone calls from someone they have a restraining order against.

  • Petty theft: Sunshine Bicycles, Monterey Road, 5:02pm: A 12-year-old boy’s bicycle was stolen while it was parked outside the store.

Feb. 20

  • Identity theft: Serpentine Court, 9:11am: A resident reported she has received calls from a collection agency trying to collect $340 for an online gambling company. Someone used her name, address, phone number and driver’s license number to set up an account.
