Vandalism
- Golden Oak restaurant, Condit Road, 10:36 p.m. A window of a Ford Aerostar was shattered while the van was parked in the restaurant’s parking lot.

Auto burglary
- Glen Ayre Drive, 8:21 a.m. A cell phone was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked at the residence.
Burglary
- Cory Drive, 8:31 a.m. Someone stole two air conditioning units, two furnaces and two coils, valued at approximately $2,000, from the locked garage of a house under construction overnight.

Willow Creek Drive, 6:14 p.m. A resident reported a safe was stolen from her apartment. She told police the safe contained $50,000 and jewelry. She also described a possible suspect who moved out of the apartments a week before.
Petty theft
- Santa Clara County Ag Department, Tennant Avenue, 10:11 a.m. Approximately 18 gallons of gas was stolen from a county vehicle over the weekend.
Fraud
- Precision Tune Auto Care, Monterey Road, 10:47 a.m. An employee reported someone is using his business credit card.
