Marcia T. Brozene, 58, passed away in Santa Cruz, CA, on June 20, 2010. She is survived by her husband, Tom Brozene, of nearly 27 years, their two sons, Tommy and Jimmy; adored brothers Robert Duncan of New Jersey, and Bill (and Camille) Duncan of Georgia; as well as cherished Aunt Helen Zarsky, cousins Mary, Chris, Michelle, John, and Dee Vertucci; and nephews Michael and Jonathon Duncan.

Bud passed away peacefully at the age of 86. He was the beloved husband of Jessie Hawkins for 37 years. Loving father of Sharon Rabe, Kevin Metz and Greg Lisle. Leonard E. (Walt) Waltemeyer
"Walt" passed at the age of 78,in Las Vegas,NV. Walt retired from the U.S. Army as a Master Sargent in 1968. Then joined the Gilroy PD in 1968 as a patrol officer, later to become a detective until his retirement in 1980, where he left life-long friends to retire to Magalia, CA. Bored with retirement, he became a campus police officer for Butte College. Walt moved to Las Vegas in 1996 to be near his surviving family members, Kevin and Keith Waltemeyer and Kyle Lairmore. He was a proud grandfather to Aaron and Wendy of Portland, OR. Chase, Cameron and Aric Of Las Vegas, NV. He also became a member of the Church of Las Vegas where he was Baptized. Services will be held at the Church of Las Vegas April 11th at 4:00 P.M. 3388 S. Decatur Blvd, Las Vegas, NV. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your favorite charities.
Robert A. (Sapo) Barraza IV
Robert "Sapo" Barraza IV was born and raised in Hollister and passed away at the age of 21. He was a wonderful son and brother. Robert was the pride of his family and accomplished a lot in his lifetime, making his family very proud. He is survived by his loving parents, Robert and Rachel Barraza of Hollister and his little sister Desiree Barraza of Hollister. They were a close family to each other. Robert is loved by his girlfriend, Vanessa Solorio, his grandparents, Robert and Rose Barraza, andMary Garcia and Richard Casarez all of Hollister. His good friends were always by his side. Robert was an operating engineer and a high school graduate with a 4.0 GPA of which his family is extremely proud. Robert was a cowboy at heart. There was no shame in his game. He loved spending time with his family and he and his dad were best friends. This is a terrible loss and Robert will be truly missed.
Opal Marie Felice
Opal Marie Felice passed away Aug. 19th in Hollister at the age of 89 years. A native of Freeburg, Illinois, Opal has been a resident of Hollister since 1947. She had been an active member of Sacred Heart Parish, the I. C. F., and the Catholic Ladies Aid Society. A homemaker her adult life, she also had been employed at the original Public Drive In Market; the Central Super Market; and retired from Cadalbert Egg Ranch.
